These are great. I didn’t use the ladder, but King Meow loves to sit up on his throne and judge us, or hide from kids, even bird watch, and, of course, he loves to take an afternoon nap up there. I added some fabric just so that there was some texture for him. Perfect size, great value , very sturdy as long as you install into studs/use anchors. These are easily customizable so they can look however you want them too, they are definitely functional and comfortable enough that your kitty will take naps and play.
