The pull out drawer is not covered, so lose upper storage spaceWe needed a pantry cabinet for our kitchen but didn't want to pay hundreds for a custom cabinet. This one matches the buffet in our adjacent dining room and was less expensive than many we found, so we went for it.It does look decent once it's assembled although ours came with some surface scratches.I gave this item one star because of the many assembly issues.The worst issue is that with the drawer installed, the second shelf in the bottom half is only two inches from the bottom of the drawer and practically unusable. See pictures. We opted not to install the drawer but attached the drawer face with a hinge to disguise the gap and make the shelf usable. I don't see this in the pictures and if I had, I'd never have purchased it.Another issue was the assembly instructions were poor quality pictures. There were no written instructions.Also the entire cabinet is wobbly and the doors won't stay open. It's a pain to use because of this.The handle screw lengths were all too short to attach the handles. They barely threaded on. See pictures.It took 8 hours to assemble and needed two people.I don't recommend that you purchase this because it is not very good quality.Note to seller: don't bother contacting me to change or delete my review. I won't.
