I had to send my 1st delivery back. It wouldn't take my codes or fingerprints. I wasn't able to open it except with the key. The top was even bent! There was no internal light either. The 2nd delivery was everything it was supposed to be. The batteries were supposed to be included, and neither the 1st or 2nd delivery had the batteries. I'm still very happy with this purchase. My gun is sure to stay safe in it.Nice built storage case and a plus with biometric scan and combination. Will fit two regular sized pistols with optics.looking to buy at least two more.I was unable to register my fingerprint or an access code. The internal red light was not working. I could have exchanged it for another one but I'll look for a different one that's made in the USA.Very good product for a very low price. Keeps my valuables locked up tight and it's small enough to fit under your dresser or bed.
